We provide phone repairs, laptop repairs, refurbished device sales, accessories and mobile phone contract services.

3. Repairs – Service Terms

3.1 Diagnostic & Repair Work

• Devices are inspected before repair.

• A quotation will be provided before work is carried out where possible.

• By approving a repair, you agree to the quoted price.

3.2 Data Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for backing up all data before repair.

• RGTechRepair is not liable for data loss during repair.

3.3 Warranty on Repairs

• Warranty (if provided) covers parts fitted by RGTechRepair only.

• Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Software issues caused after repair

  • Unauthorised third-party repairs

3.4 Unrepairable Devices

If a device cannot be repaired, we will inform you. A diagnostic fee may apply.

4. Sales of Devices & Products

4.1 Refurbished Devices

• Refurbished devices are tested and graded before sale.

• Cosmetic wear may vary depending on condition grade.

4.2 Returns

• Faulty goods may be returned in accordance with UK consumer law.

• Returns must be made within 14 days (unless otherwise agreed).

• Devices must not be damaged after purchase.

4.3 Warranty

Any warranty offered applies only to faults not caused by accidental damage, misuse or liquid damage.

5. Mobile Phone Contracts

RGTechRepair may act as an intermediary for mobile network providers.

• Contract terms are subject to the individual network provider.

• RGTechRepair is not responsible for network service performance.

• Early termination or billing disputes must be raised directly with the network provider.

6. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are quoted in GBP (£).

• Prices may change without notice.

• Full payment is required before devices are returned.

• We reserve the right to retain devices until payment is received.

7. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• RGTechRepair is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

• We are not responsible for loss of business, data or revenue.

• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

8. Abandoned Devices

Devices not collected within 60 days of repair completion may be resold or recycled to recover repair costs, after reasonable attempts to contact the customer.

9. Privacy

Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
